ORDERING - ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED SECURELY THROUGH ECRATER & PAYPAL
*Always review the information in the description field underneath the picture of each product.
*Allow 2 processing days before all orders are shipped. Always look for emails concerning your order after your order has been placed.
****LIMITED REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
We do not issue refunds or accept returns for any reasons except for wrong item(s), size(s) or color(s) delivered to customer. We do not exchange items. In certain circumstances items purchased for 300 dollars or more may be considered for restocking with a 50% restocking fee. Because we thoroughly check orders before completing and shipping them, any or all returned items may accrue a restocking fee.

Allow 1-2 weeks (7-14 days) for items to arrive, this excludes Dress items, see details below.

If you still choose to order and you are not within the US, we will refund your purchase.

We currently offer a unique selection of Special Occasion Dresses from Prom to Wedding. If you wish to order a Special Occasion dress please contact us before placing your order. We also suggest you place your order at least 4-6 weeks before your event.
